Souse vide ribs with sauce

Slow-cooked, sous vide ribs remain incredibly juicy, tender and flavorful. They are served with a 16-hour game demi-glace sauce with herbs, which complements and intensifies the flavor. Unlike raw ribs, which require a lot of time and skill to prepare at home, everything is done for you here - it is impossible to overcook or dry out. It only takes 10-15 minutes in the oven or on the grill to brown the glaze - and you can enjoy the perfect result. Created by professionals - so that every time is like a celebration!

— HOW TO MAKE

  • Preheat the oven to 170°C (top/bottom heating or fan).

  • Remove the ribs from the packaging and place in a baking dish (glass, ceramic or metal).

  • To retain even more moisture, you can cover with foil.

  • Cook for about 10-12 minutes until the ribs are warmed through and begin to lightly brown.

  • Remove the foil (if you used it), brush the ribs with demi-glace sauce (you can
use in whole or in part).
  • Increase the oven temperature to 180-190°C and bake for another 5-7 minutes until
The glaze will gently brown and caramelize.
  • Total cooking time: 15–20 minutes.
The sauce can also be heated separately and served on the side.
