1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) are a binding legal document for the parties, which establishes the rights and obligations of the person purchasing goods at the online store https://www.laukiniaskoniai.lt (hereinafter – the Buyer) and UAB “Bravisima” (hereinafter – the Seller), conditions for purchasing and paying for goods, procedures for the delivery and return of goods, the responsibilities of the parties, rules for the protection of personal data, and other provisions related to the purchase and sale of goods via the website www.laukiniaiskoniai.lt.

1.2. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they agree with these Terms.

1.3. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer, having formed a shopping cart, chosen a payment method, and familiarized themselves with the Terms, clicks the “Buy” button.

2. Protection of Personal Data

2.1. When ordering goods from the online store www.laukiniaiskoniai.lt, the Buyer must provide the requested data: name, surname, address, and email address.

2.2. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided at the time of purchase.

2.3. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees that their personal data will be processed for the purpose of fulfilling the order. The Buyer also agrees to receive informational messages necessary to fulfill the order via the email address provided.

2.4. The Buyer’s personal data may be processed for marketing purposes only if the Buyer gives separate consent.

2.5. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer’s personal data to third parties, except when required by competent state authorities in accordance with Lithuanian legislation, or with the Buyer’s written consent.

2.6. By clicking the “Buy” button, the Buyer confirms being informed of their right to access and control their personal data held by the Seller, to request correction or destruction of data, or to suspend data processing if it violates the law, and to object to the processing of their personal data.

2.7. By clicking the “Buy” button, the Buyer also confirms that they understand their right to refuse to provide personal data, but acknowledge that such data is necessary to identify the Buyer and to conclude and fulfill the contract (online purchase). If the Buyer does not provide or consent to data processing, the Seller will not be able to conclude or fulfill the contract.

3. Buyer’s Rights and Obligations

3.1. The Buyer undertakes to pay the price for the goods and their delivery and to accept the ordered goods by transferring payment to the Seller’s bank account specified in the “Contact” section.

3.2. The Buyer must provide complete, detailed, and accurate information in the payment form. If the Buyer provides false or misleading data, the Seller has the right to cancel the registration and delete the data.

3.3. If the Buyer’s data changes, they must immediately inform the Seller.

3.4. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase–sale contract under the conditions set out in the Return Policy.

3.5. By placing an order at www.laukiniaiskoniai.lt, the Buyer agrees to comply with these Terms and the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

4. Seller’s Rights and Obligations

4.1. The Seller undertakes to ensure the Buyer can properly use the services of the online store www.laukiniaiskoniai.lt. The Seller does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free data transmission. The Seller is not responsible for losses related to malfunctions or data transmission errors.

4.2. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer’s privacy and not transfer personal data to third parties.

4.3. The Seller undertakes to deliver the ordered goods to the Buyer’s specified address.

4.4. If the Buyer attempts to harm the stability or security of the online store or violates obligations, the Seller may restrict, suspend, or terminate the Buyer’s access without prior notice.

4.5. The Seller may suspend or terminate the online store’s operation temporarily or permanently without prior notice. Orders placed before such suspension will either be fulfilled or the full amount refunded.

4.6. The Seller may unilaterally change the Terms by publishing them on the website. The changes apply from the moment of publication for all subsequent transactions.

5. Ordering, Prices, Payment Procedures, and Terms

5.1. The Buyer may purchase goods online during the working hours listed on the website.

5.2. Orders are accepted only via the www.laukiniaiskoniai.lt online store.

5.4. All prices on the website are in euros and include VAT.

5.5. The Buyer must pay for the order upon confirmation. Goods are prepared only after payment is received.

6. Delivery of Goods

6.1. The Buyer must provide an accurate delivery address.

6.2. The Buyer must accept the goods personally. If the Buyer is unable to accept them and they are delivered to the specified address, the Buyer cannot claim delivery to an incorrect recipient.

6.4. The Seller is not responsible for delayed delivery if the delay is due to the Buyer’s fault or circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.

6.5. The Buyer must inform the Seller immediately if the shipment arrives in damaged packaging, contains the wrong items, the wrong quantity, or incomplete items.

6.6. The Buyer must email the Seller photos of the damaged shipment and/or items.

7. Product Quality and Warranties

7.1. All product information is provided in the description next to each product in the online store www.laukiniaiskoniai.lt.

7.2. Product images may depict quantities unrelated to the price – images may show more than one unit. Measurement units are indicated in the product description.

8. Marketing and Information

8.1. The Seller may run various promotions and offers on the www.laukiniaiskoniai.lt website.

8.2. The Seller may unilaterally change or cancel promotions without notice. Changes apply from the moment they are made.

8.3. The Seller sends notifications to the Buyer via the email address provided during the purchase.

8.4. The Buyer sends messages and inquiries to the contacts listed in the “Contacts” section of the website.

8.5. The Seller is not responsible if the Buyer does not receive informational or confirmation messages due to internet or email service issues, spam filtering, or incorrect contact details.

8.6. Buyer’s personal data may be processed for marketing purposes under the conditions set in section 2.4.

9. Final Provisions

9.1. These Terms are drawn up in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

9.2. Lithuanian law applies to these Terms. Any disputes arising from these Terms are resolved through negotiation. If unsuccessful, disputes are resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
