Return Policy

Returns are carried out in accordance with the Retail Trade Rules of the Republic of Lithuania, approved by Government Resolution No. 738 of July 22, 2014.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the goods and wish to return or exchange them, please inform us within 24 hours of the purchase by email at info@laukiniaiskoniai.lt or by phone at +370 686 31067. When reporting an issue regarding product quality, a photo of the defective product must be provided.

Items purchased from the online store can be exchanged or returned after arranging the time and place of return in advance. Returns and exchanges are free of charge.

When returning or exchanging purchased goods, you will be asked to fill out a return/exchange form.

The seller will refund the paid amount using the same payment method (via bank transfer to the buyer’s account) no later than 5 (five) business days from the date the item is returned.
