Do you deliver to all areas of Lithuania?
Yes, delivery is carried out by the courier service DPD Fresh, which operates throughout Lithuania.
What is the minimum order amount?
The minimum order amount is 30 EUR.
Can I pick up my order at a restaurant or physical store?
Yes, you can pick up your order on weekdays from 9:00 to 15:00, after receiving confirmation, at the address: Inovacijų g. 1, Biruliškės, Kaunas district.
At the Medžiotojų užeiga restaurant (Rotušės a. 10, Kaunas), you can purchase some of our products (smoked products, pâtés) directly during the restaurant's opening hours and pay on site. Orders placed through the e-shop are not collected at the Medžiotojų užeiga restaurant - they can only be collected at Inovacijų g. 1 or delivered via the DPD Fresh courier service.
Is your meat fresh or frozen?
Most of our produce is frozen. There may be exceptions during the hunting season when fresh meat is also offered.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery is made twice a week - on Wednesdays and Fridays. Delivery time depends on when you placed your order.
Is it possible to pay in cash upon delivery?
No, all payments are made at the time of ordering, using the payment methods offered in the e-store.
