These bone-in venison or roe deer steaks are slowly cooked sous vide and stewed in a fragrant juniper berry sauce. The result is exceptionally tender, juicy meat infused with deep, refined flavor. — HOW TO MAKE
The product is fully prepared - it just needs to be heated.
If the product is vacuum packed (in a bag):
- Place the unopened bag in hot or slightly boiling water.
- Heat for about 10 minutes until the contents are well heated.
- Then carefully cut open the bag and place the cutlet with the sauce directly on the plate.
If the product is in a plastic box:
Remove the steak with sauce from the box.
Heat in a pot or pan with a lid, over medium to low heat.
