Marinated venison steaks
Venison marinated according to the chef's recipe at the hunter's inn - in an exclusive pine needle marinade. The steaks are ready to cook, so they are perfect even when you want something special without long preparation. They are cooked quickly, so you can start cooking as soon as your guests sit down at the table - and when cooked, they become juicy and tender, maintaining the natural character of venison.
— HOW TO MAKE
Remove the steaks from the package and cook in a preheated pan or on the grill.
Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness of the steak.
Don't overcook! Venison is a lean meat - to remain tender and juicy, the internal temperature of the meat should reach 58–62 °C ( medium rare–medium ).
Let the steaks "rest" for a few minutes before serving.
Frying pan + oven (combined method)
First, fry briefly for 1-2 minutes on each side in a pan to create
nice crust. Then transfer to an oven preheated to 160-170 °C and bake for another
3-5 minutes to fully heat through but not overcook. Suitable for thicker steaks, and
You want a crispier surface and evenly heated meat.
Frying pan with lid (stew effect)
In a heated pan, brown the steaks on both sides. Then reduce the heat,
cover with a lid and briefly season for 2-3 minutes. This method preserves even more
moisture – suitable if you are afraid of drying out the meat.
