Venison burger

Burgers are one of the most popular dishes in the world, and their success starts with a quality meat patty. This 80% venison and 20% chicken patty is made from high-quality, natural meat, lean, high in protein, and without any additives or preservatives. Suitable for grilling or baking, it is especially attractive to people who care about a healthy diet. Good meat means a good burger. Choose a healthier alternative without losing what is most important - taste!

— HOW TO COOK (grill meat)

Venison burgers are raw and must be cooked before consumption. Unlike beef, which can sometimes be served medium or rare , poultry and wild game must be cooked through. The internal temperature of the meat must reach at least 72 °C.

On the grill (grilled)

  • Cook on a well-heated grill for 4-5 minutes on each side, until the meat is fully cooked and the surface is nicely browned.

In the oven
  • Place the scones on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake at 180°C for about 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through.

    In a pan (without or with a little extra oil)

  • Cook over medium heat for 4-6 minutes on each side, until nicely browned and fully cooked.

    Classic burger with bun:

  • Place the baked patty in your favorite bun (preferably toasted).
  • Add lettuce leaves, tomato slices, pickles, red onion, and desired cheese.
  • Season with sauce – mustard, yogurt sauce, BBQ, or any other favorite sauce is suitable.
  • Place the top half of the bun on top and enjoy a juicy venison burger.

    A lighter version without bun (low-carb):

  • Serve the cooked meat patty on a plate with fresh or lightly fried vegetables - lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, avocado, onion.
  • Season with a light dressing – yogurt, mustard, or olive oil and lemon dressing are suitable.
  • You can add a boiled egg, toasted seeds or grains.
