Venison burgers are raw and must be cooked before consumption. Unlike beef, which can sometimes be served medium or rare , poultry and wild game must be cooked through. The internal temperature of the meat must reach at least 72 °C.
On the grill (grilled)
- Cook on a well-heated grill for 4-5 minutes on each side, until the meat is fully cooked and the surface is nicely browned.
