
Spaghetti with Bolognese sauce

INGREDIENTS
For the pasta:
- 400 g spaghetti
For the sauce:
- 500 g minced moose meat
- 1 medium white onion
- 1 celery stalk
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 15g oil
- 90 g tomato puree
- 400 g canned tomatoes in their own juice
- 150 g of game broth
- 1 tbsp flour
- Salt
- Pepper
PRODUCTION PROCESS
Preparing the pasta:
- Boil the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package. Drain and set aside.
Preparing the sauce:
- Heat the oil in a pan, add the chopped onion, garlic and celery, and fry until softened.
- Add the chopped moose and cook until the meat is browned.
- Stir in the tomato puree, add the flour and fry briefly, stirring.
- Add the venison broth and chopped canned tomatoes.
- Season with salt and pepper and mix.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens and the flavors combine.
DELIVERY
Serve spaghetti with sauce, and you can garnish with grated hard cheese and fresh herbs (basil or parsley).
Wine recommendations
- With the moose "Bolognese" will fit medium-strength red wine , for example, Chianti, Sangiovese or Barbera , which go perfectly with the acidity of the tomatoes and the richness of the meat.
