Wine recommendations
- A rich but refreshing white wine, such as Chardonnay, Viognier or Riesling .
- If you like red wine , choose a milder or medium-bodied option - Pinot Noir or Grenache , which will complement the flavor of the wild boar but not overwhelm the delicacy of the white wine sauce.
- When making the sauce, it is recommended to use a dry white wine , such as Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio , which will give the dish a gentle acidity and an aromatic aftertaste.
