This is a traditional Lithuanian dish that housewives used to prepare for holidays – from minced meat with spices, onions and eggs, baked in the oven as a fragrant loaf. In our version, wild boar gives the “Zuikis” a strong character and expressive taste. It is perfect to eat both hot – with sauce and potatoes, and cold – for sandwiches or on a plate of snacks.
